Have you just bought a new bike and want to learn how to ride it? Have you been riding for a while and want to develop more skills?

We have developed a skills course for women like you.  Our Women’s Skills Course is a specialized mountain bike course for women to build confidence, refine new skills and meet other women.

In a fun, supportive environment you will learn in a way and at a pace that suits you. With coaching from a qualified teacher and mountain bike instructor, this skills course includes verbal direction, demonstration and lots of time for you to practise.

You won’t get it perfect first time. We give you immediate positive feedback so you can work on what you can do better and improve in no time.
