Gain confidence. Improve your riding. Learn skills to help you ride more smoothly.
The Women’s Mountain Bike Skills Course is designed for you. In a fun, supportive environment you will learn in a way and at a pace that suits you. You’ll learn new techniques and have lots of time to practise in this 3-hour course. With a maximum of 5 participants per instructor the course is tailored to meet the skills required by each person.
This course is suited to women who want to experience mountain biking and those who have been mountain biking for a while but want to improve technique and confidence.
Based at the Stockyards area of the You Yangs you will learn how to corner efficiently, tackle obstacles and flow through the trails.
The Women’s Mountain Bike Skills Course will include:
- Bike Set Up
- Body Position
- Trail Scanning
- Riding Smoothly
- Work on Flow
- Cornering Technique
