We believe that it’s easier to train with others. That’s why we’ve developed our Training Squad – a regular group training program that will improve your skills and confidence to smash your riding goals.
Our mountain bike Training Squad is for anyone who has basic mountain bike skills but wants to develop their technique and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. We concentrate on skill development, challenge your fitness and ensure that you have fun along the way.
Led by experienced mountain bike instructor, Liz Mulconry, Training Squad is a conducted over four-weeks at the You Yangs. Each 2 hour weekly session will be a combination of skills training and riding to practise your new skills.
