If you can’t commit to our Ride Club or Training Squad, a Training Plan might be just the thing you need.
Our coaches are experienced athletes and have participated in many mountain bike races, off-road triathlon and adventure races and even won a few. We have coached many sports and know how to get the best out of competition.
After an initial consultation about your training and race goals, we will develop a customised training plan with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment. Focusing on high intensity, rather than long distance workouts, your Training Plan will be able to help you meet your goal.
